  • Ferry ticket to be purchased at Batamfast Counter
  • Show your eVoucher and receipt of the package purchased from Tripcetera to the Batamfast counter staff to purchase ticket at promo price.
  • Valid for non-Indonesian passports.
  • Valid for Harbourfront Centre - Batam Center/Sekupang or Tanah Merah - Harbourbay only.
  • Valid for all age groups.
  • Ferry trip/booking date and hotel booking date / voucher's utilization date should be the same.
  • Ferry trip/booking date and time must be confirmed upon purchase.
  • Weekdays are between Monday to Thursday except SG Public Holiday; Weekends are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and SG Public Holiday.
  • Maximum of 2 ferry tickets only per Tripcetera voucher.
  • Non-transferable to other pax once bookings are confirmed. Non-refundable.
  • Request to transfer trip (different date or time) and/or sector is subject to amendment fees and/or sector surcharge.
